Address Check is an important aspect to know whether the said address provided by the candidate is right or not.
As in some cases the candidate provides false address so that to hide the past criminal records / history. We at Verify First do verification of the Current and Permanent address of the candidate where he has stayed. So if any employee has left with any issues or asset of the company it will be helpful for recovery.

There are two types of Address Verification:

  • Current Address is a temporary address of residence where the individual is currently located. It can be where an individual is living with a companion or a relative, or where she/he has leased or is a paying guest.
  • Permanent Address is the lawful address of a person where she/he is an enlisted resident with his/her name. Permanent address is mention on government documents such as Ration card, Election Card, Passport etc. Permanent address is also used as a mailing address where the candidate gets official reports and correspondence.

    • Why is Address Verification essential?

    Helping law enforcement authorities in case of any criminal acts by employees. A verified address supports the police in moving ahead with investigations. As a first point for querying in case of absenteeism, disciplinary issues, or any violations. There have been cases reported of employees who go missing after defaulting with customer accounts. Address verification will not only prevent such misgivings but also be useful in tracking down such defaulters.


    How it is done?

    Address confirmation is led through a field officer's visit to the specified address. The field officer confirms the address points of interest, the residency of stay, the residential status and details of people staying along. If in case of unavailability of person the officer feels free to checks the details from individuals living in the area
